Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Quell app. By downloading or using Quell, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Quell on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app in addition to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Quell offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end.
• A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. You can only redeem one introductory offer per subscription group.
• Manage or cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.

3. Acceptable use

Use Quell only for its intended personal purpose. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

4. Not medical advice

Quell is a wellness and motivation tool. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified health professional with questions about quitting nicotine or any health condition. In the US, a free quitline is available at 1-800-QUIT-NOW; in a crisis, contact 988 or your local emergency number.

5. Intellectual property

Quell, its design, content, and trademarks are owned by us. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Quell is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
